Returns Policy

Please note. We do not exchange or refund if you just change your mind. If goods are found to be faulty or different to the advertised product or it doesn’t function correctly, get in touch with us and we will either repair the item in a reasonable time frame, order a replacement ASAP or offer a store credit.  Equipment  must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. If the item appears to have been used, you will not receive a refund or credit. Original postage charges are non-refundable. You will need to provide Proof of Purchase – eg: receipt

Coffee Purchases
At The Bean Scene we go to great lengths to offer the highest quality roasted coffee that we can. With that in mind we cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases. If you are not satisfied please contact us.

Equipment Purchases
We have in place a 7 day return policy as we want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Include your name, date of purchase, order number, item description and the reason for the return. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note that we are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Wholesale Customers
If you would like to purchase from us wholesale, please contact us to discuss your options. We will only wholesale to approved customers who meet our terms and conditions which will be outlined when you apply.

Coffee Class Bookings Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy
Please make sure that you are available on the date/time of your class. We are unable to issue refunds for students who cancel their booking within 5 days of their scheduled class date, or who do not show up. We do offer an opportunity to change your class date/time once to another date, provided it is not changed within 5 days of your original class date.

Bookings and Payments
All courses must be booked and paid for online and in advance due to our limited class sizes. We do not accept cash on the day.

Refunds
Refunds will only be given due to extenuating circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates for our classes. Gift certificates make a great gift. The certificate that we send out to the purchaser lists the recipient’s name and has all our contact details so that the recipient can book a time and day that best suits them. They can sent via ordinary mail or express post.
